- Pro, Category 1, Category 2, Category 1, Juniors
- Teams: All Male; All Female; Co-ed (at least one female); All Juniors
- Rosters: All rosters must be submitted by Feb 25, 2010
- Rosters must include all team members, their age, category and Team Big Bear number.
